Refund Policy

Your placement is a digital product, delivered instantly — your logo appears on the forehead the moment your payment clears. Because delivery is immediate and complete, refunds work like this:

What we refund, in full

• You paid and your logo never appeared. Tell us; we'll either put it up or refund you — your choice.
• You were charged twice for one spot, or charged the wrong amount. The excess comes straight back.
• We removed your content even though it didn't break the content rules. Full refund, plus an apology.

What we don't refund

• Being outbid. Someone taking your spot and demoting you down the forehead is the advertised, load-bearing mechanic of this entire website. You received your placement; the game continued.
• Changing your mind after your logo has been displayed. Delivery already happened.
• Removal for breaking the content rules (unlawful, infringing, adult, deceptive, or malicious content or links).

How to ask

Email 4head4sale@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge, with the email address you bid with and roughly when you paid. We usually reply within a couple of days. Please talk to us before opening a chargeback — we're genuinely easier to deal with than your bank.

Approved refunds go back the way the money came in. The payment rails will be named here before bidding unlocks (we're currently evaluating Web3 / stablecoin options); until then, bidding is locked and there's nothing to refund. Card-style refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank — on-chain refunds are usually faster.
