Listing Moderation Policy

Every ad spot on bid4head.lol is a paid listing submitted by a customer: a name, a logo, an optional link, and an optional one-liner. This page describes what's allowed, how listings are reviewed, and how to get one removed.

1. What a listing may not contain

A listing — including the page any link points to — must not contain or promote:

• unlawful goods, services, or activity;
• adult, sexually explicit, or NSFW content;
• hate, harassment, or violence;
• content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright, or likeness, or impersonates any person or brand;
• scams, deceptive offers, phishing, malware, or artificial-urgency tricks;
• gambling, drugs, weapons, or other age-restricted products;
• anything the bidder doesn't own or have the right to use.

2. How moderation works

• Display is automatic; review is human. A paid listing appears on the site immediately. The operator personally reviews every new listing within 24 hours of it appearing.
• Violating listings are removed as soon as they're found, without refund (see the Terms). Bidders whose listings are removed are notified by email with the reason.
• Repeat or bad-faith submitters are blocked from placing further bids.
• Links are re-checked periodically — a link that later starts redirecting somewhere that breaks these rules gets the listing removed just the same.

3. Reporting a listing

Anyone can report a listing by emailing teenuboss2@gmail.com with the listing's name and the problem. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; clear violations come down immediately.

4. Appeals

If your listing was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply to the removal email. If we did get it wrong, the listing goes back up or you get a full refund per the Refund Policy — your choice.
